The Dancers Best Body Course + Group Coaching Program
This program was created specifically with dancer's in mind. It tackles the unique set of obstacles dancer's face in reaching the body standards of the profession.
The September 2021 round is a 3 month high touch program to support you in staying fit and healthy at home and as you transition back into the studio.The goal is to help you reach realistic body goals by shifting your mindset, knowledge and practices around food + your body.
